At Wellness Ibiza, we believe that a wellness experience begins well before each treatment. That’s why we invite you to read our booking conditions. They are a set of guidelines designed to ensure excellent service, personalized care, and smooth organization, whether you visit our studio or request a session at villas, boats, hotels, or events.
Bookings and Schedules
Reservations should preferably be made 24 hours in advance to ensure good organization and facilitate scheduling.
Equipment and Supplies
The therapist must bring all necessary equipment, including a massage table, clean linens, oils, and products.
Comfort
Ensure a private and comfortable space for the massage, free from distractions. It is important to maintain your comfort throughout the session.
Professionalism
We have over 22 years of experience and are highly professional and qualified.
Travel Fees
Each trip will have a cost of €10 outside the 15km radius of Ibiza and €15 for boat trips.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel your appointment with 4 hours' notice, you will be charged the full service fee.e te cobrará el importe total del servicio.
